Eva Mendes will be representing for Latinas everywhere when the Latina Magazine November 2007 issue will hit the newsstands.

The Cuban-American actress has been busy all around New York promoting her new movie, We Own The Night, and though she denied those pregnancy rumors, she did tell Latina magazine (in the cover story interview) what kind of mami she’ll be, if she had a daughter:

“I would teach her [my daughter] Spanish. But first, I’d study up on mine—it’s Spanglish and very improper. I’m not sure what I would teach her about culture. That’s probably why I don’t have kids yet. I feel like I need to go to Cuba first—whether Castro is in power or not—and figure out some stuff on my own. I guess it would be fun to go with my daughter and find out together.”
