Costume Institute Gala at The Metropolitan Museum of Art kicked off last May 5 and the press said that it is undoubtedly the party of the year. The theme for the Spring 2008 exhibit is "Superheroes: Fashion and Fantasy", an exploration of the superhero’s iconic costume of cape, mask, and bodysuit as it has appeared in fashion.
The exhibit will run from May 7 to September 1 and will be co-chaired by Giorgio Armani, George Clooney, Julia Roberts, and Vogue editor Anna Wintour.
The much awaited event was flooded with stars and celebrities like of Katie Holmes, Tom Cruise, Gisele Bundchen, Tom Brady, Julia Roberts, George Clooney, Jennifer Lopez, Anna Wintour, Mischa Barton, Naomi Watts, Liv Tyler, Scarlett Johansson and many more!
