Last February, the "Superheroes: Fashion and Fantasy" exhibit for US was presented in Italy. The said exhibition will be held at New York's Metropolitan Museum from May 7 to September 1. It was supported by Italian designer Giorgio Armani and Vogue publisher Conde Nast.
In lieu of the exhibit, Vogue magazine will feature some superheroes and fantasy characters in their May 2008 issue.Candian-Irish model, CoCo Rocha will portray the following roles:
Poison Ivy with a Nina Ricci Swarovski embellished dress custom made for Vogue

Catwoman by Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana with Christian Louboutin for Rodarte shoes

Aurora with Martin Margiela custom made for Vogue bodysuit

Dawnstar in custom sequined Dior Haute Couture dress

The Little Mermaid with Gaultier rubber bodysuit with shell detail and sequined detail

A Batgirl in custom made for Vogue Rick Owens zippered leather-and-cashmere suit

A Silver Surfer-like Armani prive silk dress
