You should have the latest issue of Vanity Fair. Why? Because it includes a set of photo spreads featuring today's Hollywood actors recreating some classic Hitchcock scenes in an article titled "The 2008 Hollywood Portfolio: Hitchcock Classics."
The posters include, The Birds: Jodie Foster, Rear Window: Scarlett Johansson and Javier Bardem, Dial M for Murder: Charlize Theron, North by Northwest: Seth Rogen, Marnie: Naomi Watts, Vertigo: Renee Zellweger, Psycho: Marion Cotillard, Rebecca: Keira Knightley and Jennfer Jason Leigh, To Catch a Thief: Gwyneth Paltrow and Robert Downey Jr.
“What makes these scenes so impressive is that they don’t last long in the movies, but they have become classic,” says photographer Art Streiber, who shot two of the portfolio pictures. “They hold up 50, 60 years later, as stills, without dialogue. You know immediately what it is.”

Basing on the descriptions from the novel and considering the budget for the film, the movie's costume designer, Wendy Chuck made a lot of effort to dress the characters with a right look for the film. According to her, the characters' outfits were from Loehmann's, Nordstrom Rack, Internet outlets and local Portland shops Robert Pattinson as Edward Cullen His style is formed by a mix of American Apparel T-shirts, jackets from G-Star, H&M shirts, Chimala jeans, and A-life sneakers or vintage boots.
